Benefits Survey

CSS is conducting a review of its benefits programs. Sometimes this is called a "Total Rewards Review." For this review, we are focusing on things like:
Group insurance and health benefits (e.g., life insurance, health, dental)
Financial benefits (e.g., pension, paid time off, education support, discount programs)
Awards programs (e.g., long-service, patronage)
Workplace policies or practices that support work/life balance (e.g., remote work, EDO, flexible hours)
Workplace policies or practices that relate to culture (e.g., diversity, inclusion, collaboration, learning)
A review of compensation (wage/salary and variable compensation) was completed in 2022. The results of that review were communicated to all CSS employees in mid-late 2022, and rolled out with compensation packages for 2023. This survey does not touch on these compensation items.
