Volunteer Engagement Survey
The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is committed to creating a safe and engaging organizational culture where all team members (employees and volunteers), feel heard, valued and strategically connected.
The purpose of this survey is to gain actionable insights into what drives engagement by measuring the level of commitment, motivation and passion our volunteers feel towards their job, team, leaders and organization. The goal is to effectively identify the PAC's current strengths and areas of success, and where there are opportunities for strategic growth and improvement.
All volunteers are encouraged to take this opportunity to candidly voice their thoughts, perspectives and feelings about their experience as a member of the organization and provide leadership with honest and constructive feedback that will inspire meaningful change and contribute to shaping an engaged and valued organizational culture.
