* This exit interview survey is a service provided by a third party (The Tandem Team).
* By submitting a survey you agree that all information in your survey can be presented to Vancouver Police Department for review.
Your exit interview will be sent with 2 other exit interviews (total of 3) to VPD for review. This is so that you have the opportunity to remain anonymous with your answers if you choose. If you would like to remain anonymous, please do not include any information that may identify you.
