Absolutely! Our posters are customizable to best fit your corporate needs. Please let us know before signing up what changes you may require.
How does this service work?
Our service is extremely easy and convenient to use!
For your employees to submit a suggestion, all they need to do is scan our QR code located on the posters that we will mail you. When they scan the QR code with a smart phone, it will take them straight to our anonymous online form, where they can submit their suggestions, ideas or concerns.

As soon as we receive a submission, we will collect the provided information and transfer it to you for review within 24 hours. For more information about this, please contact us directly. ​
can we customize the online form?
Yes, our online form can be customized to best fit your corporate needs. If you have more than one corporate location and would like to find out which location the employee is submitting from, we will be happy to include a question in the online form that is asking the employee to choose the location they are submitting about. 

If further changes are required to the form, our team is here to help every step of the way. ​

How many posters will we receive?
