When using our services to make a whistleblower submission:
1. Abusing, harassing or threaten any person employed by The Tandem Team is not allowed.
2. You may not share our service's hotline number, online form, email, or mail reporting options for any other purpose except to promote the service while you are our client.
3. When making a submission on The Tandem Team's whistleblower system, you agree that the information you are providing is in good faith (meaning; to your knowledge, the information you are providing is 100% accurate).
4. You may not share any confidential information provided to you by The Tandem Team with any third party that is not in business with your organization. These include: proposals and contracts submitted by The Tandem Team to your attention.

If you are contacting The Tandem Team for a quote or for more information for any of our offered services, make sure to include a matching work email and company name in the contact form. The Tandem Team has the right not to provide you with the requested information if you are inquiring on behalf of another company/organization that you are not employed with even if your company/organization may be conducting business together. Each organization/company will need to contact The Tandem Team directly for more information about the requested service.

The Tandem Team will provide you reasonable notice via email prior. Please note, that we do not provide notice to your staff, as this would be the client's responsibility.

- The client/administrator is required to use all reasonable endeavours to prevent any unauthorized access to their online account.

- When using our whistleblower/ethics/integrity system to make an anonymous submission to your organization (our client); the whistleblower agrees that The Tandem Team will not be responsible if the whistleblower's identity is revealed due to their whistleblower submission to The Tandem Team and any consequences to the whistleblower that may arise from it.
