- The Tandem Team will only collect personal information that the whistleblower feels is necessary in order for their submission to be addressed properly. The whistleblower is the one that chooses what personal information is collected by The Tandem Team and shared with our client.
- As a user of our whistleblower/ethics/integrity system, you may be asked to disclose your email address and other personal information in the report you submit to The Tandem Team. Please note that you do have the opportunity to remain anonymous in your submissions.
- If you are disclosing personal information of another individual in your submissions, please note that all provided information will be transferred to your employer (our client) for review within 24 hours. Please note that we may receive personal information about you without your knowledge when someone is making a submission that concerns you.
- On our online form, you may be asked to provide your email address, which will remain confidential and will not be shared with your employer (our client), unless you give the permission for us to share it. Your email is a useful way for us to email you if your employer (our client) has any questions regarding your submission for investigation purposes as well as if you would like to follow up on your submission. Your email will not be shared with any other parties unless we are required by law.
- If you are an administrator, please note that anyone inquiring The Tandem Team about who the administrator(s) are in your organization will be provided access to this information.
Employee Surveys:
- As an end user of our employee surveys, you may be asked to disclose information such as; your department, your job title, etc. This information is collected to help your employer (our client) identify feedback based on different categories. Please note that it is up to your employer (our client) what information is asked on the surveys.
- All information that you provided in your online, paper, or phone survey will be transferred to your employer for review in a written report.
- If the survey is conducted by phone, it is possible that we (The Tandem Team) may summarize your open ended responses.
